BulkForm Inc. (US Incorporation) — Effective January 2026

01 Revenue Split & Payouts

BulkForm Inc. operates on a 60/40 Revenue Split. For every successful, non-refunded "Official Template" purchase made through your unique link, 40% of the net revenue is credited to your partner account.

02 The 30-Day "Cooling Period"

To protect BulkForm Inc. from credit card chargebacks and fraudulent activity, all earned funds are subject to a 30-day verification period. During this time, funds will appear as "Clearing" on your dashboard.

Note: You may only request a payout once the countdown on your dashboard hits 0 days.

03 Manual Payout Trail

To claim your cleared funds, you must email support@bulkform.app from your registered email address. Include your Affiliate Code and your preferred payout method (compatible with Stripe/PayPal). BulkForm Inc. will process the payout within 3-5 business days.

04 Zero-Tolerance Fraud Policy

Any attempt to "self-refer" (buying slips using your own link), use bot traffic, or misrepresent BulkForm as a government agency will result in an immediate permanent ban and forfeiture of all pending funds.

05 Limitation of Liability

BulkForm Inc. is a software automation tool. We are not responsible for tax filing errors, penalties, or user-submitted data. As an affiliate, you agree to indemnify BulkForm Inc. against any claims arising from your marketing activities.
