Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using BulkForm. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BulkForm Inc., a Delaware C-Corporation ("BulkForm", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using BulkForm's website, services, or applications (collectively, the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Important: If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.
BulkForm provides a digital platform for automated PDF form filling and processing. Our Service includes:
BulkForm reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account. If you are creating an account on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You must notify BulkForm immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach. BulkForm is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
Credits are replaced, not accumulated.

If a user has 500 Pro credits + 200 PAYG credits → total usable forms = 700
BulkForm automatically applies credits in this order:
This ensures maximum value from time-limited subscription credits.
Example:
Starter user with 40 remaining upgrades → 40 + 500 = 540 credits available instantly
Downgrade options:
Immediate downgrade
End-of-cycle downgrade (default)
BulkForm recommends using remaining credits before downgrading.
This prevents subscription cycling for cheaper credit stacking.
By purchasing, you authorize BulkForm (and Stripe) to charge:
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
Form credits — subscription or PAYG — are licenses to access processing services.

Processing a form consumes credits permanently.
Refunding or canceling a subscription does not restore used credits.
BulkForm provides access to digital services, automated infrastructure, and processing resources. Because these services are consumed instantly upon purchase, all payments are final.
Exception:
If a verified technical issue caused by BulkForm prevents service use and cannot be resolved, we may provide a refund at our sole discretion.

Unusual usage patterns may trigger review, including:
BulkForm reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules without refund.
If a renewal payment fails:
BulkForm may update pricing. You will receive at least 30 days' notice before changes affect your plan.
Deleting your account:
By purchasing or subscribing, you agree that:
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, BulkForm grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business or personal purposes.
You agree not to:
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, algorithms, templates, and documentation, remain the exclusive property of BulkForm Inc. You retain ownership of the data you input into the Service and the filled forms you generate.
You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and deleting your account through the Service settings. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease at the end of your current billing period.
BulkForm reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without notice if:
Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately terminate. You will lose access to the Service and all data associated with your account. BulkForm is not obligated to retain your data after termination.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS"
BulkForm makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service's availability, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
You are solely responsible for:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BulkForm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
In no event shall BulkForm's total liability exceed the amount you paid to BulkForm in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
