Government & Public Services

3. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using BulkForm:

Illegal Activities

  • Fraud or Identity Theft: Creating fraudulent documents, forging signatures, impersonating others, or falsifying information
  • Money Laundering: Processing documents related to illegal financial transactions or concealing illicit funds
  • Tax Evasion: Creating false tax documents or attempting to evade tax obligations
  • Immigration Fraud: Submitting false immigration applications or misrepresenting eligibility status
  • Unauthorized Practice of Law: Providing legal services without proper licensing or authorization

Service Abuse & Misuse

  • Automated Abuse: Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to exceed rate limits or abuse the Service
  • Account Sharing: Sharing login credentials or allowing unauthorized access to your account
  • Credit Manipulation: Attempting to exploit subscription cycling, credit stacking, or refund policies
  • Reselling Services: Reselling or redistributing BulkForm access without authorization
  • Reverse Engineering: Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our algorithms or processing systems

Security & System Violations

  • Hacking or Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access systems, accounts, or data without authorization
  • Malware Distribution: Uploading or distributing viruses, malware, or malicious code
  • Denial of Service: Attempting to disrupt, overload, or impair the Service's functionality
  • Vulnerability Exploitation: Exploiting security vulnerabilities for unauthorized purposes (please report responsibly)

Harmful or Offensive Content

  • Scams or Deception: Generating documents for fraudulent schemes, pyramid schemes, or deceptive practices

4. Content and Data Responsibilities

4.1 Data Accuracy

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all data you input into BulkForm:

  • Verify all information before processing forms
  • Review generated forms for errors before submission to authorities
  • Do not rely solely on BulkForm for legal compliance—consult qualified professionals
  • BulkForm is a tool for automation, not a substitute for professional judgment

4.2 Legal Compliance

You must ensure your use of BulkForm complies with all applicable laws:

  • Data Protection Laws: GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA, and other privacy regulations
  • Industry Regulations: HIPAA (healthcare), SOX (financial), immigration laws, tax codes
  • Professional Standards: Bar association rules, CPA guidelines, immigration consultant regulations
  • Anti-Discrimination Laws: Fair lending, employment, and housing regulations

4.3 Data Consent

If you are a licensed professional (lawyer, accountant, immigration consultant), you remain fully responsible for all professional and ethical obligations. BulkForm is a tool that assists with form completion—it does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice.

5. Monitoring and Enforcement

BulkForm reserves the right to:

  • Monitor usage patterns to detect abuse or unusual activity
  • Investigate suspected violations of this policy
  • Review content or data if required by law or valid legal process
  • Implement automated systems to detect prohibited activities

Note: We do not routinely review user content, but we maintain the right to do so when necessary for security, compliance, or enforcement purposes.
