What Are Sub-Processors?

Sub-processors are third-party service providers that BulkForm Inc. engages to assist in delivering our service to you. These companies process personal data on our behalf under strict contractual obligations to protect your information.

We carefully vet all sub-processors to ensure they meet our high standards for security, privacy, and compliance. Each sub-processor is bound by data processing agreements that require them to:

  • Process data only according to our instructions
  • Implement appropriate security measures
  • Comply with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA)
  • Notify us of any security incidents
  • Delete or return data upon request

Change Notifications

We will notify affected users at least 30 days in advance before adding new sub-processors or making material changes to existing ones. If you object to a new sub-processor, you may terminate your account before the change takes effect.
